SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER DIRECTOR OF RESOURCES AND OPERATION in AIR TEST AND EVALUATION SQUADRON TWO ZERO of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Duties

• You will make strategic planning decisions affecting squadron operations while providing continuity and corporate knowledge of squadron functions and a forward-looking visionary view as to the direction of squadron work.
• You will establish, and be responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the squadron.
• You will make decisions involving the recruiting, selection, training, evaluating, awarding and disciplining of subordinate civil service employees.
• You will support special studies, initiatives, and responses to programs and data calls.
• You will assess the technical progress of programs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Leadership - experience leading teams, mentoring, and managing performance of teams and individuals. 2.) Acquisition and Test Execution - experience in the NAVAIR acquisition process, test program cost, schedule, and performance management, and test planning, coordination, execution, and risk management. 3.) Resource Optimization - experience with planning, optimizing, and executing with critical resources in support of mission accomplishment. 4.)
