Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MOBILE & INTEGRATION THREAT DIVISION, THREAT/TARGET SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

  • You will be responsible for project planning including program management plans, progress reports, business and operations plans, proposals.
  • You will manage technical and administrative tasks and project teams relating to contractor work, analyzing costs and benefits of contracting.
  • You will be performing work in-house, providing technical, performance, risk mitigation, integration, validation, and information assurance compliance of systems and subsystems for DoD and Navy requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties: 1) Working knowledge of the contract process and COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) responsibilities; 2) Understanding of Systems Engineering Technical review and their application to process improvement and project execution; 3) Demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, both oral and written; 4) Initiating studies and analyses to recommend resource allocations and requirements, identify organizational deficiencies, and resolve administrative issues; 5) Managing projects from planning through completion; 6) Leading and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and organizational performance.
