Summary

Duties
- You will interpret, evaluate, and integrate all-source intelligence and open source information into top-level assessments.
- You will apply advanced research methodologies and analytical techniques and/or collection management systems to complex work assignments.
- You will provide advanced oral and written communication to convey complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts and develop/effectively employ multimedia presentations to this end.
- You will conduct liaison and coordination within the intelligence community and among foreign counterparts.
- You will prepare and produce initiative reports and briefings for a executive level audience that demonstrate extensive and comprehensive analytical expertise.
- You will identify and/or provide for the resolution of intelligence gaps, prepare or satisfy collection requirements to resolve gaps, evaluate and/or facilitate reporting from collectors in response to requirements, and provide guidance/feedback.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: Use terminologies, methodologies, and research and analytical techniques as applied to highly complex assignments in the assigned specialty. Interpret, evaluate, and integrate intelligence information from all sources. Use creative thinking and original research to function as a spokesperson for and an authority on activity positions in the intelligence community. Use intelligence collection methods and systems, their capabilities and limitations, and appropriate tasking methods. Use verbal and written communication techniques in order to produce activity and national products, present briefings at high government or Service levels, and participate in or chair working groups and conferences. Adapt to and learn new, highly specialized tools, systems, or methodologies outside of the immediate core discipline. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
