Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Mission Support direct hire authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

  • You will provide financial support to various departments and technical programs throughout the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division.
  • You will be responsible for applying methods, techniques, procedures, and work sequences assigned by senior personnel and assisting senior personnel in performance of financial tasks.
  • You will execute routine transactional actions such as processing purchase requests, fund documents, data extractions, budget status reports, labor and non-labor adjustments, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

DG-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing data entry and maintaining information in electronic systems; 2) Utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create, enter, organize, update, and maintain information; 3) Working effectively as a member of a team to accomplish assigned tasks and meet established deadlines. DG-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing data entry and maintaining accurate and complete information in electronic systems; 2) Utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create, organize, analyze, update, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and other work products; 3) coordinating and exchanging information with team members; and 4) Independently managing assigned tasks while contributing to team objectives and meeting established deadlines. Education

For DG-03: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of four full academic years of education above high school OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
