About the Position: This position is located at the S-1 Human Resources Directorate, Office of Director with a duty location of Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. (merit)
Duties
- Develop internal instructions, operating policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Prepare programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical summaries, and narrative analyses.
- Deliver briefings, presentations, and advisory update
- Coordinate program requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Manage workforce development and training programs
- Provide technical guidance, and ensuring proper execution across subordinate organizations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from workforce development, records management, and STEM programs.
- Generate statistical reports, charts, graphs, and narrative summaries.
- Provide consultative guidance and technical assistance to managers, staff, and subordinate organizations.
- Coordinate training opportunities, resolving program issues, and ensuring responsive service delivery.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Coordinating employee training and tracking training funds; AND (2) Generate training forecast reports and analytics to deliver formal briefings to leadership. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
