Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of administrative/technical and associated typing office automation duties related to the processing of work management data in systems.
  • Process work requests through operation of the Work Order Desk.
  • Perform duties as the Installation’s Excavation Permit Program Manager.
  • Perform office automation work, which includes word processing forms, reports, correspondence, electronic mail and personal computer.

Qualifications

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Utilizing automated systems to enter data, 2) Reviewing documents for completeness, and 3) Maintaining office files.

Education
