Duties
- Responsible for all operations at an 18 hole golf-course serving Fort Bliss and El Paso. Oversee golf activities including regular patron usage, tournaments and on-site restaurant. Ensure efficient use of resources and continual improvement occurs.
- Responsible for all aspects of fiscal performance for the facility. Create the annual operating budget and business plan. Analyze monthly and annual performance; adjust staffing, cost of goods, and other expenses to maximize facility performance.
- Oversee restaurant activities of the on-site club house. Oversee the caterer and food service staff to plan and implement large-scale events. Enforce standards for consistency and quality of all food, service, and presentation of events.
- Strategically grow the golf course's business. Employ creative methods to grow customer base; work with marketing to create a comprehensive, long-range marketing strategy. Identify key growth opportunities and develop a plan to implement them.
- Lead a team of 15+ individuals; provide mentorship, guidance, and ensure accountability of their actions. Cultivate a culture of growth and excellence. Oversee the Greens Manager to improve the facility's maintenance program.
Qualifications
