Qualifications
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Maintains and advances business partnerships with senior mission managers by providing substantive guidance and leading changes that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of services. 2. Identifies creative strategies to recruit employees with the required skills and qualifications, despite having limited resources. 3. Consults with customers to help them identify new requirements and refine existing requirements. 4. Develops solutions to substantive customer issues and clearly defines and documents requirements to ensure that customer and organizational needs are met. 5. Identifies creative strategies to recruit employees with the required skills and qualifications, despite having limited resources HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Has three or more years of experience performing at the successful level in a supervisory environment. 2. Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources functions and programs, to include policy and procedures, hiring requirements, personnel action requests, and Directorate level awards management.
