Summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Specialist at the Band 4 level at Cryptologic Warfare Group SIX for CWG-SIX.

Duties

  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for administrative policy and procedural guidance to senior leadership, six subordinate activities, one overseas detachment, and other affiliated personnel and units.
  • You will research, gather, assemble, and analyze facts to draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems.
  • You will collaborate across multiple levels within and external to the command.
  • You will maintain liaison with high level professionals at other government agencies to provide or obtain information on non-routine problems.
  • You will participate as an expert representative of the activity on panels and committees with commitment authority in the assigned area.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Supervising military and civilian administrative support personnel at the command, setting operational priorities and directing workflow; 2. Analyzing, evaluating, and implementing administrative policies, directives, and tasking across the command; 3. Managing and implementing military administrative requirements such as personnel evaluations, official correspondence, awards, and pay and personnel systems for the command; 4. Performing extensive coordination within the organization and with external agencies to accomplish various tasks and ensure compliance with higher level requirements and deadlines to include Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)/Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) process; AND 5. Advising senior leaders across the command and seven subordinates on military administrative programs, policies, and guidance.
