Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the SUSTAINMENT BRANCH OF FACILITIES of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.
Duties
- You will plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools to accomplish preventive maintenance schedule, repair, and alterations operation for a variety of related work operations.
- You will determine the number of types of workers needed to accomplish specific projects and reschedule work to accommodate emergency service requests.
- You will review new work orders and determine labor-hours, material, equipment, and tool requirements; and makes assignments of workers to projects based on type and difficulty of work and skills required.
- You will review completed work to assure overall quality and production standards are met. Implement corrective action within the scope of authority to resolve work problems.
- You will provide input and recommendations for incorporation in position descriptions, sets performance standards, and training plans.
