Summary
This position serves as a IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Service Delivery Staff, Enterprise Device Management Directorate in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior IT technical manager within Enterprise Device Management, responsible for leading enterprise endpoint, mobility, voice, carrier, and device management services across the Department.
Duties
- The duties and responsibilities for a IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides executive leadership and strategic direction for enterprise IT programs supporting mission-critical operations and national security. Develops and implements enterprise IT strategies, priorities, policies, governance frameworks, and modernization initiatives. Provides authoritative technical advice to senior leadership regarding systems integration, enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, modernization opportunities, and technology investments. Evaluates cost, schedule, performance, technical risk, cybersecurity, and expected mission value of IT investments. Oversees implementation, assessment, documentation, and continuous monitoring of enterprise security controls.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/INFOSEC), at GS-2210-15, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions. AND Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-15 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties: Leading and overseeing enterprise mobile device management. AND Providing recommendations to senior leadership on technology, cybersecurity, architecture, risk, and/or modernization decisions. AND/OR Directing enterprise IT acquisition planning and oversight. You MUST meet all qualification requirements by the 09/08/2026 of this announcement. Your resume must support your responses to the application questionnaire and the qualification requirements. Education
