Summary
You will serve as a senior-level Program Analyst and designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) supporting the Acquisition Department of NAVY CYBER WARFARE DEVELOPMENT GROUP.
Duties
- You will provide expert analytical, advisory, and oversight services for complex acquisition programs and contracts.
- You will ensure contractor performance aligns with statutory, regulatory, and mission requirements and provides programmatic and financial oversight consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policy.
- You will monitor contractor performance for compliance with contract terms, performance work statements (PWS), service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverable schedules.
- You will provide acquisition and program analysis across multiple Acquisition Pathways.
- You will track obligation and expenditure rates against funding appropriations.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Providing expert analytical, advisory, and oversight services for complex acquisition programs and contracts; 2. Monitoring contractor performance for compliance with contract terms, performance work statements (PWS), service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverable schedules; 3. Identifying performance deficiencies and recommending corrective actions to the Contracting Officer (CO); AND 4. Conducting risk identification and mitigation planning in coordination with Program Management Office (PMO).
