Summary
This position is located at the Auto Skills facility which is on Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives and bonuses will not be paid.
Duties
- Supervises a staff of 3-12 employees, assigns and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis.
- Plans work schedules, approves or disapproves leave, determines performance objectives and rates performance.
- Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Supervision of minimum of 5 employees. 2 years of experience working in an automotive shop. 2 years of experience working with NAF MWR programs and activities. Knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, and tools. Experience preparing program briefs, situation reports, and other presentations. Point of Sale (POS) experience such as RECTRAC, reports such as Daily Activity Reports (DAR's), Financial sales reports and usage and participation reporting.
