Duties
- You will supervise a team of software developers, Salesforce developers, web developers, and web content professionals responsible for enterprise applications and digital services.
- You will lead complex technology projects by defining requirements, guiding technical decisions, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving technical challenges.
- You will analyze business needs and design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- You will develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI applications
- You will lead Salesforce development, administration, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and platform governance activities.
- You will manage AWS-hosted application environments and infrastructure supporting Liferay and other enterprise web platforms to ensure secure and reliable operations.
- You will direct the development, modernization, and maintenance of public-facing and internal websites, web applications, and digital services.
- You will evaluate emerging technologies, assess technical risks, and recommend modernization strategies that improve security, efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- You will develop strategic plans, policies, performance measures, budgets, and technology roadmaps supporting application development and web services programs.
- You will collaborate with customers, leadership, contractors, and technical teams to support organizational priorities, workforce planning, and continuous process improvement.
- You will plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze business needs and design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software solutions that improve organizational effectiveness; 2) Lead complex technology projects by defining requirements, guiding technical decisions, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving technical challenges; 3) Manage AWS-hosted application environments and infrastructure supporting Liferay and other enterprise web platforms to ensure secure and reliable operations. 4) Direct the development, modernization, and maintenance of public-facing and internal websites, web applications, and digital services. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.1) Attention to Detail-Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Reviewing the information technology-related work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards. 2) Customer Service-Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Providing feedback to personnel and customers regarding the execution and scope of work being performed. 3) Oral Communication-Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Presenting information technology (IT) program strategies to senior leaders for the incorporation of emerging technologies. 4) Problem Solving-Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Performing a risk analysis of information technology (IT) systems to identify problems and recommend solutions.
