Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

  • You will be the decision maker on the appropriateness of supply micropurchases within the command.
  • You will provide advice, instruction and limited administrative oversight to team members, and refers serious complaints lacking resolution to higher level supervision.
  • You will resolve issues related to monthly reconciliation and refers concerns which cannot be resolved to the Help Desk.
  • You will onboard new cardholders, approve officials and review officials to include ensuring GPC training is conducted.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applies knowledge of the mission, functions, goals, and management philosophy to assist in overseeing the government purchase card program. Researches and interprets existing policies and instructions to help determine the appropriateness of purchases and assists in explaining these decisions to management. Utilizes spreadsheets to track and report purchases by amount and valuation. Assists in analyzing regulations and data to support the development of recommendations for common purchasing issues. Skilled in oral and written communication sufficient to prepare and present findings and recommended solutions to leadership Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
