Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Advanced Technology & Innovation (ATI) Division of the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team at FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

  • You will plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of highly engaging K-12 STEM and educational outreach programming designed to inspire student interest and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the command.
  • You will serve as the primary liaison and coordinate directly with external educational stakeholders, including school districts, educators, academic institutions, and community partners, to strengthen collaborative STEM initiatives.
  • You will work closely with FST, MRO-E, and other FRCE departments to understand critical talent demands and translate those organizational priorities into engaging, customized outreach events that build a ready future workforce.
  • You will lead the collection, analysis, and sharing of outreach and engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and report on the command's educational impact to Division and Department level leadership.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Federal Service, with Fleet Support Team (FST) and/or MRO Engineering expertise, developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures, effectively managing operational requirements, and developing acquisition and sustainment strategies as it pertains to workforce development, outreach, mentoring, and fostering public relationships.
