PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst at PMA-226 of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

• You will assist in development of process improvements to improve product cycle times.
• You will produce cost and schedule performance information and facilitates integration of cost and schedule performance information and technical performance indicators.
• You will ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies.
• You will translate program guidance into policy direction and provides assistance to the team or program office staff, team members and leadership.
• You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise; 2) Developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures; 3) Managing operational requirements; 4) Developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.
