Custodial Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator)

Summary

You will serve as a Custodial Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator) at Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Brecksville, OH. Please visit find a park for additional park information. This is a Permanent, Competitive, Full-time, Career-Seasonal appointment. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as permanent appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis.

Duties

• At the full performance level (WG-04) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Operate motor vehicles up to 10,000-pound capacity including 2- or 4-wheel drive pickups. Receive and complete oral received work assignments. Work on ladders and scaffolds to change light bulbs, wash walls, replace blinds, ceiling fixtures, room partitions etc. Read signs and labels of cleaning products and follow cleaning chemical directions. Lift 50 lbs daily and repetitively.
