Duties
- Supervises a staff of 3-12 employees, assigns and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis.
- Plans work schedules, approves or disapproves leave, determines performance objectives and rates performance.
- Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first. In addition to meeting the above qualifications, highly preferred is defined as also meeting all of the criteria listed below: - Possess two (2) or more years experience working in an Army MWR Conference/Community Center or a non-government affiliated facility. - Possess two (2) or more years experience with REC TRAC and/or WEB TRAC. Highly preferred experience must be clearly stated in resume to be qualified as highly preferred.
