About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Bandit Lanes and is a Regular position with 20 guaranteed hours. Duties

• Prepares bank deposits and ensures daily deposits are submitted to Resource Management. Prepares and issues change from funds as required. Prepares cash reports and notifies supervisor of any suspected irregularities. Ensures the proper accounting for charge cards, sales slips, and checks are included within the daily cashier's report. Assists management with budges, analyzes financial results to include performing daily reports of operations. Assists manager with Services Employee Timekeeping System (SETS) records. Responsible for updating all cost cards for food and beverage operations to make sure overall operations are meeting Air Force Services goals. Maintains order entries and invoices and ensures all bills are paid. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience which provides knowledge of food and beverage operations. Must also possess experience which provides knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operations such as: receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to employees and knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations. Must have a high-level protocol activities and knowledge of government food safety practices.

Education
