Summary
You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION of SUPPORT EQUIPMENT & ALRE GROUP NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Duties
- You will act as a production controller supporting the acquisition, prototype, manufacture, kit assembly, material management, and shipment of Aircraft Launch and Recover Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE).
- You will work with the Job Execution and Data Information System/Job Manager to assess project status and performance.
- You will act as a liaison between production, engineering, and quality control personnel.
- You will furnish technical information, assistance, and advice.
- You will ensure that assigned ALRE and SE manufacturing program due dates are met.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience performing the following duties; Utilizing the division's Manufacturing Resource Planning System, and continually monitor and analyze program progress and expenditures conformance with established plans and customer requirement. Evaluate and recommend alternative/corrective actions to alter schedules in order to meet program objectives. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
