Summary

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the C4I C2ISR SHORE PRODUCT SUPPORT of NIWC ATLANTIC.

Duties

  • You will lead logistics efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that all technical aspects of product support are met.
  • You will provide guidance to contractor teams and develop reports or briefs for project managers and customers.
  • You will analyze program data to resolve technical or procedural issues, ensuring system readiness.
  • You will contribute to cost, schedule, and product support performance management within the program.
  • You will develop comprehensive product support strategies, including material management and life cycle cost analysis.
  • You will ensure proper configuration management activities and suggest improvements to enhance support efforts.
  • You will assist with the digital transformation of product support elements using Digital Engineering principles.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: This position requires specialized experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS) and a comprehensive understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policies. To qualify, you must demonstrate proficiency in all twelve IPS elements, including but not limited to, Life Cycle Sustainment, Supply Support, and Maintenance Planning. Applicants should possess skills in developing key acquisition documents like Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and Performance Work Statements, coupled with the ability to lead diverse, geographically separated teams in support of defense business and IT systems.
