Summary

Duties
- You will execute Executives program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues, and ensure program schedules are met within workforce and fiscal resources.
- You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas, and exercises significant judgment and experience to establish priorities.
- You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions, and analyze requirements to develop program reporting including specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
- You will serve as management advisor using a high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that can include financial, contractual, programmatic or other program office focus areas.
- You will correlate and corroborate information into reports and records.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: "analyzing planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) process and systems to improve workload leveling and execution management for for ship repair projects." Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
