Summary
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply Chain Performance and Integration, Business Operations and Program Management Division, of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
- You will serve as a central point for ACOM-level coordination and management for broad-based support of NAVSUP field activities, with regard to budget and issue elevation/adjudication for Department related programs.
- You will provide continuing assessment of the coordination strategies, goals and support efforts, and redirects such efforts to foster success in meeting the command’s overall strategic objectives.
- You will provide updates and advice to the Program Management supervisor on significant issues and problems related to Echelon III program requirements or department-related issues or customer dissatisfaction.
- You will coordinates approval across Program Leads and coordinates implementation and tracking internally with other Assistant Commanders.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector having knowledge of NAVSUP Enterprise mission and organizational structure, alongside the functions of higher-level Navy components like SECNAV and CNO. Specialized experience must include: 1.) Experience of budget development and program management processes(including POM cycles); 2.) Expertise in advanced analytical and evaluative methods to solve complex problems, manage program activities, and interpret complex requirements; 3.) Developed data analysis capabilities to gather, compile, and validate complex information from diverse stakeholders to identify enterprise-level risks; 4.)Expert-level written and oral communication skills to draft critical budget documents, deliver high-level briefs, and defend policy recommendations clearly and concisely; 5.) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish consensus and resolve conflicts across NAVSUP ACOMs and Echelon III activities, all while maintaining a high degree of independence, initiative, and professional judgment to execute complex tasks with minimal supervision.
