Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Allocates and delegates available resources to peers to accomplish project deliverables in timely and effective manner. 2. Works independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner. 3. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 4. Integrates ends, ways, and means to develop intelligence strategies and plans to support the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Combatant Commands operational plans and campaigns. 5. Develops and responds to requirements for intelligence operations and participates in teams conducting intelligence operations. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. DoD 8570 compliance at IAT Level III. 2. Advanced tradecraft application in data architecture. 3. Proven leadership in technical data engineering for complex problems.
