Summary

Duties

• Performs repair and limited fabrication of plumbing systems. General maintenance and repair of grounds water supply and sprinkler systems, building plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration. General maintenance duties. Repair gas leaks in natural gas and liquid propane gas distribution systems replacing regulators, valves, fittings and meters. Lift, carry, and set up parts and equipment that weighs up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): WG-4206-9 Following simple oral or written instructions and/or work orders; performing plumbing tasks in making repairs, installing, and modifying of pipelines, including sewage, water, oil and gas distribution systems and water closets, tubs, and showers.
